Why on earth would you want to learn how to gain body fat fast. Easy . . . if you know how to than you also know the keys on how not to. HOW TO GAIN 20 LBS OF LARD IN 20 DAYS

Eat late at night:
Energy foods that you eat late at night will be immediately converted to stored energy (fat). By consuming food you interfere with your PM blend greatly reducing its ability to provoke GH release and deacidify your body. GH keeps your body lean and fresh looking . . . in most people it reduces as you age unless your are following BC protocols and using your PM blend. By eating late at night you link your stress hormone(cortisol) with your metabolic hormone (insulin). Now when you are stressed out you gain weight without ever intaking a single calorie. Stop using AM/PM Blends during times of dietary decay:
