The 3 Always and the 3 Nevers of Cancer Proofing

Your Family for 2015

Let’s see…. my goals for 2015? HMMMMM? Lose 15 pounds. Stick to the family budget. Read my bible daily. Activate and grow a squamous cell carcinoma in the lower lobe of my right kidney. HUH?

Nobody ever starts the new year desiring to activate and spread cancer through their blood, body and brain. However, we are awful good at doing just that. According to the Susan G. Komen organization 1 out 8 women will develop aggressive breast cancer in 2015. Some experts attribute this dramatic rise in the number of victims to increased screening.

Others claim this cancer cascade correlates perfectly with the marked increase in environmental estrogenic toxins seen with the rise of technology ( PC, Laptops, Smart Phones) . A quick peak at a recent Cancer cluster map may make you reconsider where you are currently living . Instead of throwing away your smart phone( like that was going to happen) or running away from cancer epicenters I say put up your dynamic dukes and learn to Resist this carcinogenic killer.

I am a realist…

Remember the song…live like you are dying… sounds great…but is just not the way our brains are set up. If the first thought in the morning was about the amount of toxins linked to cancer you and your family would be exposed to on a typical day in America YOU WOULD NEVER GET OUT OF BED. If your next thought was I’m dying…WOW what a soggy mess us left hemisphere dominates would be. Pour me in a cup and call be done for the day! You are not going to avoid all these cancer causing chemicals…MBCr your pipes are made out of PVC for goodness sake!

I also know through experience that it is easier to fight cancer BEFORE you actually have cancer. Being a realist I continually chant “It is not about perfection …It’s all about PROTECTION”. I love food. I am addicted to sweets and chocolates… I gorge myself on raw cookie dough and pack away the chili cheese fries and I am not hiding under the sheets anymore! Broad daylight, public places…I embrace my caloric chaos, but behind the bleachers, hidden away in my bat cave, I drink my pink drink and clean up the mess.

Here are the five Always and Nevers I have witnessed people apply after they have made it through a cycle or two of MBC that have significantly elevated their abilities to resist terrible diseases without having to make major life pattern changes: My new phrase after I made it through MBC is Maximum Results, Minimal Effort….Hey I’m lazy what can I say?

“I love this MBC toothpaste on so many levels..”

  1. Always create and sustain a Metabolic Mouth : brush your teeth for two minutes twice a day with Dr. Tom’s MBC Toothpaste. May you can’t tame the tongue…but you sure can guard you mouth.

In my opinion an acidic, inflamed oral cavity is linked to much higher incidences of sinus infections, stomach flu, and bronchial infections, cancer(lymphomas), dementia, heart disease, chronic fatigue…and breath that would knock a vulture out of flight. Others, much smart than I have similar thoughts.

Blocked Arteries

In the Journal Circulation, NIDCR grantees and others reported that people who had higher levels of bacteria in their mouths also tended to have thicker carotid arteries, which is an indicator of cardiovascular disease. This study points to a more direct relationship between periodontal disease and heart disease.

Elevated Blood sugar and Diabetes

Are you still in the triple digits with your early morning blood sugars, the watch your mouth. Inflammation and low grade infections of the gum can impair our body’s ability to process and/or use insulin. So my theory is that if you control the inflammation, it might be easier to control blood sugar which in turn will cripple tumor growth and promote midline fat loss.

Dental Dementia

Our mouths are mere inches away from our blood-brain-barrier. You never plant a garden near a septic tank and you never place a fresh vibrant brain next to a toxic potty mouth. Mouth borne bacteria, inflammatory metabolic can easy penetrate first the sinus cavities then straight through the blood brain barrier which is your last wall of defense against oxidative damage to your beautiful and fragile brain.

No, more fluoride is not the answer. In the United States, children are reaching the age of puberty at earlier ages than in the past — a trend that carries health consequences, including a heightened risk for breast cancer.

Mounting evidence indicates that fluoride, via its effect on the pineal gland (small gland found within the brain), could be a contributing cause to this trend. In animal studies, for example, fluoride exposure has been found to cause a decrease in the amount of circulating melatonin and lead to an accelerated sexual maturation, sleep disruption, and non-caloric weight gain in females. (Luke 1997).

Take a picture of your teeth and mouth before and then 30 days after using the MBC toothpaste. Better yet, take a VOC cancer screening (breathalyzer used to screening for volatile organic complexes associated with rapid metabolic states of found with cancer) before and then after and you will NEVER go out again without your Metabolic Mouth in place. For Maximum Plague Protection: If you find yourself surrounding by viral zombies at the workplace for maximum protection brush your teeth with your MBC paste, gently place a dap of the MBC paste in your nostril openings a carefully push it in just a few millimeters. Gently tilt your head back and massage the outside of your nose until the paste warms and covers the inside of your nasal passage. Take a heavy dose of Vitamin D3 (10,000 IUS) and add 1000 mg of Vitamin C to your Metabolic Blade. Your Heavy Battle armor is on so hit the trenches and battle those bugs. Just remember Cinderella your armor is slowly melting throughout so know when to say when and come in from the battle.

Viruses have a major issue penetrating the film that the MBC paste TEMPORARILY creates on your mucous membranes.

Soys are not for Boys: unless you want your little guy to have Big Breasties and Little testes. They are Terrible for girls too.

  1. Never ingest bleach or GMO Soybean based products

Beware a new bold faced lie has been unleashed on Americans. A new public awareness campaign is actually a smoke screen to cover up the damaging bleach and soy products commonly found within our foods.

Facts Up Front,” a label that lists total sugar, calories, saturated fat, and sodium (without any rating system that puts these numbers in perspective), along with “nutrients to encourage,” such as fiber and vitamins—whose focus, say scholars at the Harvard School of Public Health, simply gives companies an incentive to fortify unhealthy foods to make them seem healthier than they really are. If it says its healthy…ITS NOT!

Benzoyl Peroxide – This bleach is the most common bleaching agent in the U.S. (often added with other stabilizing chemicals) and it’s the powder version of the same ingredient many of you may have in your laundry rooms. It’s often used as an inexpensive way to lighten hair and it’s the key active ingredient in many whitening toothpastes. Coffee filters, and brown breads( after they bleach the bread they dye it back brown to make it look healthier…sick isn’t it…but true) are loaded with this pancreatic pounder. If you want to keep your gallbladder lose the bleach.

Dr. Tom predicts that bleach will soon be linked to pancreatic cancer and kidney disease. Please only buy unbleached breads and biscuits. Dough processing, fortified enrich wheat bread are just code words for bleached products. IF IT DOESN’T SAY UNBLEACHED FLOUR…THAN ITS BLEACHED!

Other really bad ideas when trying to cancer proof your systems…

1.Drinking hot beverages from Styrofoam cups

  1. Eating tomatoes stored in tin cans or plastic containers. If you “can” please only use glass Mason jars for storage.
  2. Drinking pesticide saturated coffee brewed through a bleached white filter. Oh there’s a deadly combination guaranteed to kill brain cells and promote tumor growth.
  3. Using Lap Top computers from your lap top: Place a minimum of a 3 inch barrier (preferable wood) between your pelvis(gonadal tissue) and the battery pack in your lap top.
  4. Using Products saturated with hidden Soy triggers: Aspirin, low grade Vitamin D3 supplements, Infant formulas (Soy WOW, what a great thing to feed a developing baby!), MSG and Skin care products.
  5. Freezing and thawing Water bottles: great way to activate the carcinogenic chemical found within the wall of the plastic bottle.
  1. Always take a Mental & Metabolic Inventory every 90 days: The B4 Study Survey

I am trying to prove to the US government and anyone else who is desperate enough to listen to me that with minimal effort a person can dramatically reduce the risks of developing these devastating diseases (cancer, dementia, stroke, heart disease, Bipolar, obesity, & Diabetes) and keep their families amazingly healthy without exercise and restrictive diets.

  1. Never eat clean or Cheat for more than 72 consecutive hours. Whether you are loading, fasting, detoxing or throwing in the towel (see below) you will damage blood, brain and body if you continue any eating pattern for longer than 72 hours. Throw in the towel every now and then.

It is far better to eat a whole cheesecake in one day and follow up with apple cider vinegar than to limit yourself to one slice a day for twelve days.

Consuming that same cheesecake over a 12-day period will create 700% more body fat than eating all of it at one sitting. Why? The body is incredibly sensitive to hormone imbalance. Remember—it’s not the caloric content that adds fat—it’s the body’s hormonal response.

Finally, it is far better to stimulate the Appetite Center on one day than on twelve consecutive days. Brain centers grow larger every time they are stimulated. An over-stimulated Appetite Center can overpower the conscious YOU and put you back to pre-Boot Camp status.

The more you eat, the more you want; the less you eat, the less you want.

Be especially careful during loading; otherwise, you will over-stimulate your Appetite Center and move into gorging mode. To prevent this, use your Metabolic Blade to balance blood, brain and body; use apple cider vinegar after meals—and obey the First Absolute.

A random, undisciplined eating pattern guides your life with as much force as an informed, planned one; however, only one pattern is powerfully positive.

We lose brain cells at a rate of one per second while following Boot Camp Protocols. Off the program that rate increases to three per second.
