I am taking your PM product and using spray Magnesium and I am healthier than I have been in 20 years! My weight is down 20 pounds and my thyroid issues are stable. The PM product tastes like a Sonic Cherry Limeade but actually works. My sleep is at least 30% better via my FitBit data. I have Graves disease and Hoshimoto to deal with daily but life is GOOD!
