The problem isn’t pain
Without pain we would chew the end of our tongues off and bleed to death. The problem is not pain but rather not effectively using the information pain is attempting to deliver to our brains. We may be able to block or blunt the experience of pain with the right combination of drugs but this doesn’t mean our brains and bodies are not still being torn apart by the ongoing pain signals.

Chronic spinal pain is the number one cause of disability in America and 90% of it is completely preventable with the application of self-directed spinal hygiene programs.

Chronic pain stimulation feeds you brain’s pain centers causing them to enlarge and become hyper-sensitized. I explain it to my patients this way: “It is like having a car alarm set at such a sensitivity level that it develops a hair trigger response to even the mildest of stimuli. Even when the wind blows the alarm goes off. I have seen this to such a severe degree in a patient that should could not even stand brushing her hair for even the lightest touch would elicit sever, unrelenting facial pain.
We must teach our clients how to Read their pain, non-toxically Reduce their pain, then create a home-based realistic program to Restore the function and strength of their brains and bodies, and finally create an ongoing daily routine which allows them to Resist the decay and aging process of their brains and spinal columns. The Posture of Death
When we die our myofibrils (muscle fibers) will move into a contracted position. Our corpses, if left unencumbered, would move into the “fetal” position. Hospice experts will tell you that the death process has many similarities as the birth process. This posture of death is just one of the many parallels.
We want to resist this “posture of death” for as long as we can. We must learn to recognize the activities that force our brains and bodies to assume and eventually deform into this pain promoting posture. Here are the top 10 activities/metabolic states which engrain these pain causing neural patterns into our mainframes:

Low Moon Sign: low gluteal crease indicates the side of the neuro-somatic lesion negatively affecting the sciatic nerve, hip flexor, Si joint fixation, and disc complex on that side.
High Ball Sign: Men observe the level of your gonads. Is one more elevated than the other? If yes, this is the side of your lumbar lesion and hip flexor pathology. Ladies, do you experience cramping of your uterus during your cycle predominately on one side. This is an indicator of the side of your lower back and hip flexor lesion.
Pearl of Peril: Examine your ear lobe. Do you see any signs of what looks like a small pearl or “zit”. This is an indicator of the accumulation of an acid linked to accelerated arthritis and fibromyalgia.
Mirror Marching Test: Stand in front of a mirror. Set a timer to 60 seconds. Close your eyes and march in place. Open your eyes. Are you rotated to one side or the other? The side you are rotated to is the side of your somatic lesion and may indicate a hemisphere issue. Fixation therapy will correct this pathology.

Maximum Strength Pain Reducing Formula: 3oz Tart Cherry juice, 1 scoop PM, 500 mg GABA, 1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar mix and drink 30 minutes prior to bedtime.
