T.U.T. Dr. Tom’s enzymatic Exercises!

Use only one exercise routine per day. Perform the activity for 60 to 90 seconds every hour on the hour throughout your day. Try your best to log 6 to 8 sets of that one exercise for the day. Change the exercise each day to prevent tendon irritation. Perform these enzymatic exercises for 5 days than take the week end off. Watch your body change in front of your eyes…with less then 8 minutes of total exercise a day.
