Understanding What your Body is trying to tell you
1. Beware the Bloat:
If you’re bloating get ready for a fat coating!
This is a phrase I used to describe the GI distress caused by
an ingested toxic trigger like those described above and the obligatory
threat response of the body felt as acute inflammation of the stomach,
intestinal tract, and colon. Our bodies’ respond with an endogenous
cascade of steroids to address the inflamed state of the digestive
tract. This inevitability leads to the laying down of a “fat coat”
directly over the inflamed bloated tissues– accumulation of centralized
body fat (gut and butt distribution).
After eating a meal that is causing a Toxic Trigger response, first recognize that while you may have enjoyed that meal, that meal sure did not like you! Next, make a note of the type of food that caused the discomfort.
Here is what you CAN do to minimize the damage:
- Consume 1 ounce of apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar (NEVER white vinegar)
- Allow the acetic acid in the vinegar at least 15 minutes to work
- Send in the Bloat Blocker: 3 to 6 oz. Kefir + 1 TB free form L-glutamine (NOT glutamine peptides)+ 4 capsules of a high quality probiotic. I recommend GR8.

Soy Bean Oil
Nasty stuff. Hydrogenated soy bean oils will be found to be the source of many of the chronic diseases commonly treated in Americans. Many essential functions in our bodies rely on three classes of prostaglandins (PG) which are produced from the fats within our diets.
The three classes of PGs are PG1, PG2, and PG3. To simplify this discussion think of PG1 & PG3 as the “good” PGs and PG2 as the “bad” PG. When PG2s are activated in the human body they will increase blood pressure, elevate cholesterol levels, violently increase inflammation in the joints and decrease the number of immune cells which fight to contain cancer cells within our body.
PG1 & PG3 assist our bodies in blood clotting, decrease our blood pressures, diminish cholesterol levels, decrease inflammation, and increase the natural killer cell activities necessary to retard tumor growth within our tissues. Hydrogenated oils block PG1 & PG3 production, allowing PG2 an unfair advantage, ultimately resulting in diseased tissues and sick bodies.
The story gets even worse for the American. Most of the hydrogenated oils come from the cheapest of the cheap soybean oils. Soybean consumption is linked directly to the development of dementia, prostate disease, and most significantly slows the metabolic rate of the human by retarding thyroid function.

Bleach
Forget about wheat belly, more like Bleach Belly! When they
transport the tons of bleached white flour produced in America they do
not have to treat it with any pesticides. Why? Because when the bugs
start to eat the flour they immediately drop dead. Take a hint from the
dead bugs… Do not put this stuff in your mouth!
Refined white flour can be sprinkled in your flower bed and will kill off all the insect predators trying to pillage your village. The refining process uses caustic procedures to “prepare” the grains for mass marketing.
Refined white flour has been stripped of all of its mineral, vitamins, and amino acids–the nutrients which make bread worth eating in the first place! If the bread does not have whole wheat, oats or other whole grains as the first ingredient, then the matrix has had all of the life giving nutrient ripped from it. The “enriching” process is laughable as it is really nothing more than a few cheap B vitamins thrown back into the mix at worthless amounts.
We will soon discover the link between pancreatic cancer and the chlorine enhanced bleach molecule embedded in our children’s bread. Why wait for the research and 20 years of lobbyist smoke screens? Stop bleaching your kids!
Carrageenan
A completely unnecessary food additive used in conventional and natural (even some organic) food and drink products, carrageenan could be causing digestive problems and even cancer, according to a report from organic watchdog group the Cornucopia Institute. Soy milk warnings, along with almond milk and even ice cream treats that may threaten health, are included in the report.
Carrageenan is a seaweed-derived ingredient used to create a better texture, or “mouthfeel,” in low-fat dairy products and dairy alternatives like soymilk. Often found in things like chocolate milk, sour cream, creamers, yogurt, ice cream and juices, carrageenan keeps ingredients in a suspended state so that they do not separate, eliminating the need to shake the product before you consume it.
“I bet most moms who choose organic food would rather shake the container than have it include an ingredient that might place their children at risk,” says Mark Kastel, co-founder of the Cornucopia Institute. “Not a very high level of inconvenience to provide a pure and natural food to your family.”
Dumpers Beware
Detox week can be tough on a Dumper. If the intestinal flow is to intense make this modifications.
