Detox oatmeal upgrades:

To maximize the impact the oatmeal has on appetite suppression and sugar stabilization consider adding 1/4 cup of walnuts and one half cup of vanilla whey protein. Do not use ion exchange whey protein. Here’s Dr. Tom’s most effective recipe:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup micro-filtered vanilla whey protein

1/4 cup walnuts

1 teaspoon Cary’s butter

1 teaspoon Siagon Cinnamon

1 teaspoon non GMO Xylitol

1 cup water
